tThis is a quarter of the omelette that was made. My daughter and I were in a bit of a hurry to eat this delicious omelette...in fact I naïvely thought I was going to have it myself!
2 eggs
One and half teaspoons oat bran
A hand full of spinach drained and chopped
Four rashers of turkey bacon
Skimmed milk
I added these ingredients together and and put in a nonstick pan to make this delicious omelette.
