Chicken kiev -attack

a chicken breast

extra light cream cheese
one chopped clove of  galic

herbs to season

salt and pepper

I cut the chicken open and removed a little to make a seal the insides after  stuffing with the garlic mixed with the cream cheese.


add the seal

and roast.



for a variation mix the oats with seasoning and coat the chicken in egg and roast for that southern fried crunch and flavour

Social Sirens Calender

I  volunteered for a Charity Calender after a night of tweeting that led to a idea of making the calender whenre the money would go to charity. The charities chosen  were David Rathbands Blue Lamp Foundation and Help the Heroes.
